After the devastating Bundjalung floods in 2022, Moving Image Media filmed a documentary based
on the community efforts and initiatives of rebuilding after the natural disaster.
Directed by Karenza Ebejer and Mitch King; The three of us worked together over numerus calls,
crafting their artistic vision. This was another wonderful project that put my research skills to work,
connecting Names, Totems and landscapes with their original mobs!

Moving Image In 2022, the DCJ NGO Flood Support Project supported 81 non-government organisations across the Northern Rivers with $2.1 million in funding.
This documentary highlights a selection of organisations providing critical services to the community during recovery efforts.

The final version of the Bundjalung map, including the local mobs, locally recognized mob totems, and Bundjalung's many languages! Each scratched in detail is the local geography of the area.
